Wireless Internet is available throughout the building.

  • Webster students, faculty, and staff: connect to the network, WU_Wireless, and log in with your Connections ID.
  • Eden students, faculty and staff should visit either the library's First Floor Service Desk or the Research Desk on the second floor for wi-fi access information.
  • Visitors (including Webster alumni) may self-register for a temporary username and password. This option will appear when "WU_Guest" is selected as a network on your device. Fill out the information as requested to acquire internet access.

Wired Internet is available throughout the building via network drops. You will need an ethernet cable (CAT5 or CAT6) in order to connect your laptop. You may use your own cable, or, if you are a current Webster or Eden student, faculty, or staff member, you may check one out at the Level 1 Circulation Desk.

Getting assistance for your laptop
Library staff will assist laptop users with connecting to the public laptop drops. This will take the form of providing you with instructions and letting you make the changes to the laptop. Library staff will not make modifications to users' laptops under any circumstance.

Users with university-owned laptops may contact the IT service desk for assistance with problems.
