How do I create an annotated bibliography?
Answer
An annotated bibliography presents a list of sources and describes them in some way. Sometimes in annotated bibliographies, you give your opinion about an article, book, or website in addition to a citation for that source. Sometimes you simply describe the source and then give the citation. Your professor will specify the type of annotated bibliography they would like.
Here is a page from a Research Guide that shows examples of annotated bibliography entries.
