Academic articles, also called scholarly, peer-reviewed, or refereed articles, can be found in many library databases.

A quick way to search for only peer-reviewed articles is to use EBSCOhost databases like Academic Search Premier.

After you type in your search terms and click the search button, look on the left-side of your screen under Refine Results. Check the box, "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals." This will limit your search to only peer-reviewed articles and will remove any search results that are not peer-reviewed.

Please visit How to recognize a scholarly/peer-reviewed article to find more information about identifying scholarly articles.
