To pick up holds

When you are notified that your materials are ready, enter the vestibule at the main entrance of Emerson Library, which faces Edgar Road. The vestibule is accessible 24 hours a day, and you will need to swipe your valid Webster ID card to gain entrance. Your materials will be placed on the shelves in alphabetical order by last name—a slip is placed in your items, which is marked with the first two letters of your last name and the first two letters of your first name. Items will be held for 10 days.

To return materials

You may return books and media using the designated return slots in the vestibule or at the Circulation Desk.
