Beginning Monday, July 20, contactless pickup and drop off of library materials will be available every day, 8 am-8 pm. A valid Webster ID card is required to pick materials up or drop them off.

Placing a hold:

When you find a book, DVD, or video game in the library catalog that you'd like to hold, click request.

Then, fill out the form to place the request under your library account. Enter your name and 7-digit Webster ID number, followed by EWL (example: 1234567EWL). Your Webster ID number can be found on your Webster ID card or in your connections account.

You will receive an email at your Webster University email address when the material is ready to pick up. If you arrive before you receive this email, your materials may not be ready to pick up.

Picking up holds:

When you are notified that your materials are ready, enter the library at the main entrance, which faces Edgar Rd. This area will be open daily, 8 am- 8 pm. You will need to scan your valid Webster ID card to access either contactless pickup or the book drop. Inside, your materials will be waiting in a bag labelled with your last name.
